Day 1: Stick to a consistent sleep schedule

Day 2: Avoid caffeine after 2:00pm

Day 3: Create a relaxing bedtime routine

Day 4: Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet

Day 5: Limit screen time before bed

Day 6: Sleep on your side to reduce snoring

Day 7: Use a CPAP machine nightly if prescribed

Day 8: Get regular exercise (but not right before bed)

Day 9: Avoid heavy meals late in the evening

Day 10: Practice breathing or mindfulness exercises

Day 11: Watch for signs of untreated sleep apnea

Day 12: Schedule a sleep assessment and start the new year rested.
